📸 How do I look good in my Ibiza Wedding Photos?
👉Have Someone to Smile at.
It's no good just being told to smile, but when I put a friendly guest/family member/bridesmaid next to me for you to smile at, things happen naturally and your photos instantly look amazing (you do too!)
👉Keep your Backs Straight.
Everyone looks better when they're standing with good posture, so no slouching or stooping. Stand tall and you'll look great.
👉Nimble Fingers.
Hands with nothing do make for some very odd photos. So if in doubt, get those fingers moving. Holding your veil, the bouquet, or your partner :-) Or a glass of cava (recommended) all makes a difference to how natural your images will look.
👉Shoulders Down.
Hunched shoulders do not look good in photos. But it's easy for them to end up by your ears when you're feeling the nerves of the occasion. The bouquet held at belly button height helps to create a more relaxed look. When you're together, keep it down at hip height, your shoulders will drop and you'll know that you're looking your very best.
👉Swoosh and Sway! Don’t stand still.
Don't worry about having a few individual photos taken. A small amount of movement is all it takes to create lots of amazing images. I'll suggest that you hold your veil and move it around, swish your dress about, turn around slowly, look at your flowers, look at me, look at your partner… this means you're not left feeling uncomfortable or that you’re not sure what to do.
👉This leads on to my final tip, 📸Trust your Photographer📸

How do you want to feel about your wedding photos?
We get hung up on how they should look, don't we. Of course they should be light and bright and lovely, and they should show you off to your very best… but it’s worth taking a pause to think how you would like to feel about them. What emotions will there be? I just saw a great video by my friend @osoibiza who was talking about this very subject with regards to your wedding ceremony. To get the best out of your day, consider how you can inject some personal and unique moments, don't be afraid to ask your celebrant and photographer for help with this.
