Ten years later we were lucky to have Carly to write and perform a special vow renewal.

Our daughters loved to be involved: particularly throwing petals and blowing bubbles 💜✨

We picked the traditions we wanted to use and scrapped the ones that didn't suit us.

I entered with a walk down the aisle, with both my parents accompanying me.

We decided to both write our own unique vows and sent them to our celebrant separately, so that they were a surprise for each other on the day.

Our mothers both blessed our rings before we exchanged them.

It was perfect for us, and we were so pleased that we could choose to celebrate our day in our way!

This is where it all began in 2010!

I wanted to be outside for my wedding ceremony.

We were looking at some fabulous venues in the UK, but we knew we would have to be happy with the plan B, should it be raining.

My husband started looking for stag do's, and the google analytics brought up pictures of an Ibiza wedding at Amante by

We eventually chose to have our wedding but were lucky to have Gypsy as photographer.

Thank-you Gypsy: without you who knows where we'd be now!

Emily is kind, intuitive, intelligent and organised with a calm, quietly confident presence, radiant smile and gorgeous speaking voice. She's also an excellent listener with a passion for hearing people's stories. ❤️

She was married here in Ibiza in 2010 and has lived here since 2015, when I met and connected with her genuine heart and honest, open soul at a Mums meet up with our then toddlers.
