Events & Co. in partnership with Hopscotch.mov recently organized the international launching of the all-new Renault Rafale named after the iconic Cuadron Renault-Rafale which flew at a record-breaking 277 mph in 1934, symbolizing the brand’s pioneering spirit and its evolution towards the top of the range.Journalists from around the world, lifestyle media and influencers stayed at the exclusive boutique hotel Barceló Aracena where they were welcomed with a cocktail reception, a product presentation and dinner. IVECO, the Italian multinational transport vehicle manufacturing company presented its renewed product range and service offering to more than 1,300 customers, dealers, partners and international media at the “Be the Change” launch event held in Barcelona, Spain this past November. The event took place in one of the spaces within the spectacular Grand Via designed by Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Toyo Ito and one of the largest and most modern fair venues in Europe. The immersive experience began with a Welcome Cocktail Reception where guests were guided by light and sound to enter the auditorium where they discovered they were standing on the stage themselves the protagonists of the event. Seeing themselves as main characters provoked an explosion of energy and excitement. Following the presentation of the renewed product change and service offering a refreshed logo was unveiled to mark the opening of this new chapter in IVECO history. Guest were invited to experience the new vehicles up close and personal as they walked around them before the evening’s Gala Dinner. Leading provider of consulting services, software solutions, and economic research insight, Prometeia’s 16th edition Information Path titled “From new normal to never normal?” took place at Madrid’s historic Westin Palace Hotel and the 5* Villa Real Hotel, located in the renowned Art Walk, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as “Paisaje de la Luz” (The Light Landscape).
Day meetings took place at the Westin Hotel conference rooms where 37 sponsors exhibited their products over the course of the event.
Guests participated in a captivating program that included a private visit to the Prado Museum followed by a cocktail dinner party at the magnificent Claustro del Museo.
In addition, guests enjoyed excursions like a visit to Toledo and throughout the city of Madrid.

LVMH Houses Bvlgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer and Zenith chose the extraordinary city of Dubai to host the first edition of LVMH Watch Week. For the weeklong event guests were housed at three of the city’s most luxurious hotels, the Four Seasons, the Mandarin Oriental and the Bvlgari Resort Dubai.
The four Houses set up showrooms throughout the spectacular villas within the Bvlgari Resort to present their latests creations and designs to the world. The Bvlgari Hotel & Resort was also the site for global press conferences and for the gala dinner and party.

Congratulations to our Barcelona team for getting 2019 off to a great start! CLIENT: Novartis Pharmaceutical Italy WHAT: Novartis Italy Convention WHERE: Barcelona, Spain WHO: 800 delegates from different divisions . A plenary session was held at the Barcelona International Convention Center with all delegates in attendance. On the first night, delegates participated in an engaging and vibrant cocktail/dinner party designed to foment communication among the different divisions ant the famous beachfront restaurant/ nightclub Opium Barcelona. The following day delegates were broken up by divisions and held meetings at their respective hotels. That evening the entire group enjoyed a formal traditional dinner at the historic Masia Magi Can de San Cugat (1878). A dine around some of Barcelona’s most traditional and authentic restaurant restaurants and meetings wrapped up a 3 daylong enriching and memorable convention.
