Time to introduce another team player, for those of you that don’t yet know our talented

Both of us London born, our paths actually crossed here in Tenerife and we have been firm friends for 15 years

It only seemed right that this talented lady became part of our Licandro Weddings family and we are so lucky to have her

The one who creates my seating for eating, welcome signs, stationary and all those pretty details & never once tells me to F’off when I announce we are smashing up 100 tiles for name tags, or that she needs to pop to a stable to find 70 horse shoes …legend!

Here’s just a small round up of some of our 2024 seating plans , all designed & created especially to match our couples personalities

Houston did not have a problem, as these Texans came to Tenerife to turn it out!! 🙌 🔥

The wedding that had dancing, dancing & more dancing and of course a whole heap of style and a whole lot of love!!!!

Portia and Christopher, what a weekend and what a wedding!! Thank you for letting us join you for something so special and for trusting us to throw you a festón right here in the Canary Islands!

See you back here in Tenerife soon and we can hit some salsa bars (we can even get Juan on the dance floor) 💃🕺

The words of well wishes when a Romanian couple head back down the aisle & i think it’s lovely.
Comforting, Solid & unbreakable 🤍

I love learning cultural little details from our weddings and the wedding of Beatrice & Enis was just that, with family from Romania & friends from their new home of Dublin.

This couple did it their way saying adios to traditional protocol, arriving together, skipping speeches and having a day that was effortlessly cool … just like them ❤️

2nd wedding of 25 was a quirky, glittery piece of gorgeousness. January you are shaping up to be a little beauty!

A little round up of some of our bridal blooms from the last 12 months & a little about our flower girly

When we created Licandro weddings we always knew we wanted to build a team.

A team we are now lucky enough to call life long friends. We share special occasions together, know each others families & love each others kiddos & more importantly support each others talents and are happy to see them grow

That’s what makes Licandro Weddings so magical ✨ a team who care about each other, so in turn care about you.

So when Sofia started working with us back in 2020 it just clicked

Energetic and with the same work ethic as me. She quickly went from florist, to my assistant (and if she has been at your wedding top party starter, animator and chef crowd mover)

The most surprising Mancunian accent to leave a Canarian mouth and an extremely talented florist.

Impossible to show the 40 plus bouquets from the past year, but here is just a small little selection of what she has created 🌸🌺

2025 has started with a bang! The wedding of our gorgeous pair Isaura & Pawel (& Denver 🐾)

Thank you lovelies for the kindest words and thank you for being ridiculously chill, trusting us, the process and what we do. Absolute dream to plan for & an absolute blast to share the day with 💃✨

What a way to start with the wedding of the gorgeous Isaura & Pawel

There was a Cuban band, a tiesto style saxophone rave up, feather head dresses, vodka shots, that Pearl wedding dress, a super cute doggo in a tuxedo and a whole lot of love

What more could we ask for to start 25!!

Hola 2025!!

Hope the new year is treating you all beautifully so far!

We are busy prepping for our first wedding of the year happening this weekend!!!

We have had a little down time over christmas (not much we own a toddler) but in those moments we caught our breath and gor to take stock of what 2024 had brought us

It brought us weddings like this and couples like Katie & Owen 🫶🏼

What a couple, what a wedding, what a party and what a reminder that amongst the tiredness and stress we freaking love what we do ❤️

LICANDRO WEDDINGS are ready for 2025, ready for couples who trust the process & trust us to deliver what we do, just like Mr & Mrs McBride (coolest wedding name ever & the sweetest most chill couple)

Looking at this gives me an emotional hangover.(Also makes me feel like I need a little lie down! My 3 year old asked what my black bags were this morning 💀) But feeling super proud of what we have achieved this year & this is just a TEENY selection of a year full of absolute incredible weddings Juan is currently working on a mega reel to see if we can actually show every wedding we created in the past 12 months!! Mission impossible 😅 it was a jam packed year full of awesomeness!!! Of course your wedding will include a whole lot of guidance, ideas & personally created designs from us, but at the end of it all, it is your day, not ours and needs to represent you in every aspect

So does the process with us take a little longer . Quite simply yes.

Why?

If a planner can tell you your entire wedding costs at the first contact, they are selling you a package, no matter how bespoke they say it may be.

Each one of our weddings can involve up to 20 hand picked providers, all offering something tailored exactly to meet your needs and that process takes time to plan & perfect

Yes we will guide you and show you clever ways to work within budgets, but ultimately what we are preparing is something designed, created and delivered especially for you and ONLY for you

So here’s a little example. A stunning mountain in which we have planned and designed 10 stunning weddings , and each a world apart. 10 coupes, 10 unique days

Take Thomas & Becci …. Who wanted a mini mountain rave with bubbles, basket pong , a pup ring bearer , a laid back vibe , a day full of love and laughs & a serious party!

What they had was that and more. A day that was so obviously them 🙌🏼

That’s it its a wrap

Our little one is off for the Christmas holidays & we are officially O.O.O

Whilst we will still be active on socials & working from from home on a relaxed schedule, we will not be available for calls or meetings (unless pre booked)

We start our 2025 in just two short weeks with weddings on the 5th & 10th and will be officially back in the office from the 8th 💻

In the next few weeks all July - September weddings expect to receive your final styling looks and April -June your final details

2025 is coming in big so we need some time to re-charge , eat carbs & spend some time with our little human 🥰

(Plus prepare Christmas in 72 hours) 😅
