The Songbird was booked to sing at the Black Apple in Jalon and decided to invite a couple of great entertainers to join me for the afternoon to help raise much needed money for the refugee families from Ukraine living in the area.
Teaming up with Jalon Valley HELP and Vall de Pop Ukraina to get this off the ground.
Please come and join ‘The Songbird’, The wonderfully talented ‘Paul J’ and ‘the fabulous’Dr Mojo’ aka Nigel Webb, for a fun afternoon.
Costa Blanca Hogs will be providing the food, which includes some vegetarian options, Homemade Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls, Homemade Apple Sauce, Bread Rolls, Homemade potato salad, Homemade coleslaw, Empanadas tuna and tomato, Homemade tuna pasta salad, Green salad with feta cheese, Bread and Alioli. Buffet style setup

There will be a raffle too and lots of singing and dancing.

We are delighted to be back at The Black Apple in Jalon on the third Sunday of each month for a Fabulous Hog Roast with all the trimmings and the best in Live Music from around our area.

Our first Sunday, February 20th from 3pm, you will enjoy a fabulous show from everyones favourite, Moonshine Duo, whilst enjoying a succulent Hog Roast with Crispy Crackling, Homemade Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls, Homemade Apple Sauce, Crispy Roast Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables (Leek, Parsnip & Carrots), Yorkshire Puddings & Gravy.

I'm sure we are all hoping that we are movng into the final stages of the Coronavirus pandemic, I am hopeful that within a few months we shall be able to get back to work, and hopefully start to party again.

We will be offering our usual Hog and Mixed Meats Roast along with all the extras, and this year, we are hoping to be able to offer new services including some fabulous dessert option and party favourites, including a huge Chocolate Fountain, Mr. Whippy Ice Cream machine, Candyfloss and Popcorn machines and our Retro Sweet Table with all your favourite sweets from our childhood.

As you can see it will be an exciting year if things begin to get back to normal, and we cannot wait to meet up again with the many friends we have made over the years and those we are yet to meet.
