Our knowledge and experience have been gained from years of private event organizing as well

as closely explored international markets as well as restaurant industry too. We specialize in private events and are expanding our services towards public event organizations such as art exhibitions, concerts, gala nights, thematic parties! Currently our main focus is in high quality private events with modern way of thinking. We want to share awareness of luxurious, but simple events by consulting customers and providing needed services and support! Also we want to maintain a climate friendly policy and our services as well as our partners are planned/chosen in a way to make it more efficient!

More and more we have been asked to create wine packages to our dinners, signature drinks to express colours of the night and bartenders to mix the cocktails throughout the event 💫

Currently from our wine packages you can find options, which are fixed prices and include chosen wine, glasses, removal and disposal of bottles! A bit like an “all inclusive 🍾 and wines are our own import from Italy, so you won’t find the same elsewhere in Finland 😉

For cocktails bar, we offer a fixed price for a drink including products, bartender’s hours, glasses, ice - pretty much the same as you would’ve come to a restaurant, but with a bit better price range 🍹

For all other alcohols such as beers, ciders, digestives - we can suggest you an option of ordering straight from a wholesale. We only add a commission/transportation/disposal fee to an order. So you’ll get all you want, but we’ll monitor it from beginning until the end 🫶 you can take a sit and relax! We’ll do everything for you!

Something to remember, show appreciation, and get to know us better🧡

⚡️Our calendar can be booked on every day of the week! We do not only do weddings/parties on Saturdays. We have also seminars, product launches, TV-show streamings, concerts etc. Venue visits can only be organised, while there are no events (so time spots might be tight sometimes).

🌱 We are a team of 10 persons, where CEO is in charge of external communications with international suppliers, customers and colleagues. COO is present for all operations at the spot, and rest of the team belongs to our restaurant, where they also create ideas for catering menus, cocktail bars, but as well helps with other tasks and sometimes meeting you!

🦋As we are a small team with busy schedules, we cannot always meet you at any time of the day, we cannot always answer you within one day or spend with you over 12h during an event - we do care about everyone’s wellbeing, healthy working hours and opportunity to have time with you without any hurry! However, smaller team, well-planned timing and instructions, and personal meetings with each of you guarantees a quality of our services!

🫂 Our venue is a historical building, and we keep a good care of it! Please, note that instructions we always give you, are not recommendations, they are “must to follow” and without an exception everyone of us does it too daily!

📝 We provide a lot of free information about catering planning factors, what to remember before an event, deadlines for orders and many more to keep it easier for you from a very beginning! However, all additional meetings/consultations are of an extra charge, where we can help you with any other aspects of your event planning (musicians, photographers, hotels etc).

We are looking forward to see you trusting our professionalism, style and services like hundreds of others already did 🤍 Do not hesitate to ask anything, what comes up in your mind!

🫕 Catering services of any kind, where we keep the focus on our style and menus are right away “friendly” for the diets such as gluten/lactose/milk/egg free, vegetarian and vegan, nuts/citrus fruits and other common allergies.
🎠Private event planning from start until the end and consultations on smaller and bigger issues!
🌸Floral designs and event stylings, table decorations, photo booth walls, wedding archs and many more.

2022 vol.2 - what to expect?

🍷 Beverage packages from our own import positions from Italy including drinks, glasses and other dishes, ice and trash disposal eco-friendly.
🎭 Extended selection of rental products: dishes and decorations.
🪕 More live music and other thematically nights in our restaurant downstairs, where you could also taste some of our dishes and wines for your upcoming event, and check for the artists.

FEEL THE RHYTHM vol.2 with

SHOWTIME ON THURSDAYS AT 19.00, STARTING FROM 14TH OF JULY

WE WILL TELEPORT TOGETHER FROM A DAILY LIFE TO THE THEMATIC NIGHTS WITH THE LOCAL MUSICIANS AND ITALIAN CUISINE. LET’S FEEL SOME JAZZ SOUNDS, BELOVED FINNISH SUMMER HITS, ACCOUSTIC COVERS AND CREATIVE ELECTRONIC BEATS.

We have created special menu options for the live music nights, which will be served to everyone attending the event. No A’la Carte options! Diets and allergies to be informed to us before hand as well as menu options within the reservation! Menu options for each night are seen within the reservation or on our webpage.

Menu price is 55€/pers including the charge for event attendance.

You can alter your reservation free of charge up to 24h prior to your arrival. If your party becomes smaller after that or you are making a cancellation, we will have to charge 55€ for each lost seat on a booking for our set-menu.

Please, make a table reservation in advance and come before showtime. Limited amount of places!

P.S. changes in schedule and menus are possible!

The most usual problems for ones who are planning the private event, where you should turn to a professional ❗️

A lot of things may feel too expensive, but by the end the money is thrown away for tiny things, which cost more than needed and aren’t necessary! Excessive amount of decorations, flowers, drinks, cakes - in our experience 80% of these could have been planned differently and made a save up to few thousands!

SCHEDULE⏰
please, take an advice from the ones providing the services, instead of making own estimation. Everything from make up and hair styling to cleaning the space. Up to 65% of the events don’t follow the initial schedule and it affects many things hugely - also may grow your budget with additional hours for rental space or waiters. We do not want that!

PREPARATIONS AND CLEANINGS🧹
the biggest problem is a timing to prepare the space, if you are doing it by yourself and a cleaning/moving out your props. To estimate the timing well without any experience is very difficult as well as no ones want to do the cleaning at 2am after the long emotional day. Over 30% events had to spend more money on preparations and cleanings just because it couldn’t be fit in the schedule. Average cost is usually more than hiring an extra help for decorating and cleaning. It is also more stressful than just rely on the professional, who does the same thing every week.

PROVIDING INFORMATION ON TIME📝
90% of customers could not provide basic information on time. The last 24h are usually the worst, because you have so many doubts and stress is rising. It may feel as high pressure and lack of understanding from service providers, but our questions and deadlines are your guarantee for a successful day! Not to forget that for a comfortable environment and guaranteed service our goal is to communicate with customers, staff, suppliers in advance to avoid any force majeure situations.

We do highly and warmly recommend to think out of the box and be open with your service provider for a successful event. Our mission is to make you rely on our experience, but it does require the genuine understanding and trust of our aims and work 🤍

Let us help you to do it stressless!

From day to day we are getting more requests on full packages of event organizing. Consultation and coordination services are in huge popularity.

We’ve done several events from zero until successful grand final, even with less than 2 months of total time. However, it requires a full trust from our customers as well as understanding of importance to provide clear and exact information we will be looking for to build up an event of any kind.

We are working on diverse packages to make it available for anyone to get the help they need: everything from “an hour consultation” to full coordination.
