Tartalette with white chocolate, lime and roses 🍈🥀 designed and prepared for the French independence day. 🇨🇵 🥂 This flavour combination is one of our alltime favourites! ❤ As a filling we used an incredibly delicious finnish Rose petal jam, that btw goes well with cheese, seafood and cocktails aswell!

Happy independence day to France! 🇫🇷 Actually, thanks to France there is us, since the two of us met in Lyon back in 2010.💙🤍❤
Nowadays Michel is Chef the Cuisine at the Embassy of France in Finland and today I got to work as his assistant. 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳 It was an honour to prepare the food for todays festivities. 😊
