No crazy name, no gimmicks, much like all great sauces, this one was passed down the family tree, hence the name Emily's Hot Sauce, paying tribute to my late mum.

We are blessed to be chosen among the others who have applied to cater for our front liners @ the Lautoka Hospital COVID unit and Sai Center in Veiseisei, Vuda.
It has been a hectic two weeks, but we are thankful nonetheless for all that we have been blessed with.
Menu consisted of 2 chicken dishes, 1 fish dish, 2 vegetarian dishes, each served with the salad of the day and a slice of pineapple.
We would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU, A BIG VINAKAVAKALEVU to all the frontliners for their selfless service and sacrifices during this difficult times, 🙏 for they are the real soldiers during a pandemic. 🙂 They don't hold guns and bullets but clipboards and pen, for history taking and progress, so that they can give you the right meds to wake up another morning.🙂 Reb Rayi Bernada an ICU nurse once said, "A hero is no braver than an ordinary man but he is braver five minutes longer and can save thousands of lives."❤️
