NOTE:

Buyers need to complete payment within 7 days on arrival of the item purchased.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Wedding attire on sale are non-refundable or 100% refundable within 24 hours, unless alterations have been for a customer. If no alterations have been made on a non-sale wedding attire within 3 days customer can get up-to 50% to 80% refund after gown is checked by seller.

2. If the gown was delivered and not the correct size, it can be returned and correct size will be sent on sellers cost. If the seller is unable to deliver the correct size the customer will receive refund.

3. If your shipment does not arrive within 60 days for free shipping, you can ask for refund or if the product is not the same as described you can return the product and get 50% returns. Delay of a week or so can occur as shipment and customs is not under our control due to processing and unfavorable weather. If refund is asked before 60 days the deduction of 80% will commence on deposit and will be returned 20%.

4. For any online order Canceled after 24 hours order there will be no refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping can be selected DHL takes 14 to 25 days, standard takes 40 to 60 days. Most online items will be delivered on time, while there will be a delay of a week or so can occur as shipment and customs is not under our control due to processing and unfavorable weather. If there are any problem with delivery, just contact us, we will help you check and resolve any problem. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
