With all that is happening I believe it’s only right to give credit where due and I for one usually ask local artists for permission first before remixing their tracks and some I haven’t and some I may have gotten approval from the singers but the proper channels I may have not taken into account. The only right thing to do is to remove them.

I have removed all of my remixes of fijian songs on YouTube, except for KKU’s ‘Na Yaloqu’ & ‘Noqu Senikau,’ proper agreements were done and from now onwards it will be like that.

And I encourage my fellow local djs to do so also and try collaborating with local artists so either they can post up your mixes on their channel’s or they allow you to post on your channel, so next time that way there is a fair share for everyone.

Again, I apologize for not following the proper channels of communication and apologize too for any inconvenience caused.

It’s 2:41pm in Suva City 🇫🇯 I finally get to meet DJ JORDAN 🔥 Look him up! He brought the song NA YALOQU to life through his remix, which has resulted in it being streamed on YOUTUBE over A MILLION times 💯

In this day and age, we can make great progress if we work together especially those with similar vibes! Personally, I work with people I vibe with, that way things are done more naturally.

We must accept that everything that happens around us has its purpose. God’s timing is always the best!
