Eftir so langa tíð har vit hava arbeitt uppá at realisera hendan dreymin er tað enduliga blivið til veruleika!

The music starts at 18:00 tomorrow, and we have busses going from Tórshavn busterminal regularly and even busses from Sørvági, Klaksvík and Vestmanna.

Here is a deeper explanation of the workshop: A WAY INTO NATURE

Mini-workshop
Duration: 1.5 hours

With more than 30 years of different body work experience and 10 intensive years of mindfulness and meditation practice, Birita guides you gently and softly into your body and out into nature.
Inside the workshop tent in Norðadalur you will get 1.5 hours of peace and quiet deepening into nature and returning back to your natural state of being. With gentle guiding and exercises you will become more grounded, present and aware. From this you will go outside into nature to train some basic steps in opening the senses and with greater awareness allowing yourself to be indulging into the soft, wild whisper of raw and pure nature of the islands. Please bring warm suitable clothes so that you can be outside in stillness without getting too cold.

About: Birita Nolsø is Faroese and lives in Denmark. She owns and manages Vaksa.fo offering courses, events and retreats in the Faroe Islands and in Denmark. In November 2020 she published the Faroese booklet FLUFFY, a precise way to mindfulness and training of the mind. Together with her partner Henrik she co-wrote the Danish book THE 5 QUALITIES OF THE HEART, which was published in 2018, by Henrik Krag. For 10 years she has been in intensive training and received ongoing teachings from Jes Bertelsen, founder and leader of the Center for Growth in Denmark.

Hello everyone
‼️We have some very important news‼️

The Faroese police has just told us, that we can not play music in the late night/morning.
We have had various meetings with both the police and other authorities where they have approved of us playing music all day and night, but the people who we have spoken to are not working there anymore, and the new people we have on our case don't know about this and just stick to the old Faroese laws.

We have tried everything we can to keep our old schedule but there is no way, so we had to find another solution.

So in order to have enough time for all our music, we need to start one day before!

We hope this doesn't create too much inconvenience for you, the guests, but think about it like this, you just have one extra day of festival!

So the hours we are allowed to play music are:

Thursday from 16:00 to 1:45
Friday from 12:00 to 3:45
Saturday from 12:00 to 3:45
Sunday from 16:00 to 23:45

In the mornings and sunday until 16 we will fill in the time with all the workshops and hiking trips, so you never have to be bored, even if we have breaks in the music.

BIO:
In the ancient communities, whenever a person got sick, the first question of the shaman was: “When did you give up dancing?” I consider dance as one of the biggest form of moving meditation. It allows us to connect to our true selves, to other people and to the entire universe, giving our body the chance to be the one expressing thoughts and words. I think that psychedelic music is the perfect soundtrack to open up our perception doors. I have been there since I was 20 years old, in front of the console, traveling to festivals and parties all over Europe, dancing with the hula hoop, painting pictures and bodies, falling in love with shapes, colours, sounds and smiles. Being on the other side now, is for me a privilege and a big honour.

Flow started to mix in the 2012. She prefers underground sounds, but she play also dark progressive. Its sets are high energy, positive, groovy and deeply psychedelic.

She is a Member of Merkaba Crew since April 2014. She organizes the event Ta**us Connection since May 2012, 3 days party open air near Turin.
She is also a Member of Illusion since 2017, the first psychedelic progressive & psychedelic techno night in Italy, where music and art come together.
She already played in International festivals like Moon Mountain Festival in Thailand, Curlie's Xmas in GOA, Revision Festival in Greece, Psycowave Festival, 7chakras festival or Blackmoon Festival.
