Food Glorious Food returns after its little Covid break, it was my turn it seems. Then a wonderful trip to Venice was a needed feel good holiday!

Part of tonights Thai themed menu included Laarb G*i, bursting with citrus and full of freshness, this super healthy dish is up there in my top 3 favorites! The ground chicken breast is sauted in lime juice and garlic without out any oil, then once cool mixed with chopped tomato, red onion, corriandor, fresh mint and spicy green chilli's. 🙂
