📍 Cannes, France 🇨🇵

This MAPIC 2024 we embraced the philosophy that crafting exceptional events is about more than just bringing people together—it’s about making a positive impact and telling a story.

🍽️ Across all four days, we delivered a catering service featuring locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care and served with passion. Each meal wasn’t just about nourishing attendees; it was about showcasing the best of our region’s culinary expertise while minimizing our environmental impact. Supporting local suppliers means we’re not only reducing our carbon footprint but also strengthening the local economy.

📸🎥 As a one-stop-shop event agency, we also provided full photo and video coverage throughout the tradeshow. This allowed our client to seamlessly share their journey and connect with their audience on social media. From candid moments at the booth to keynote session, we captured it all, ensuring their message reached far beyond the event floor.

📍 Venice, Italy 🇮🇹

A couple of weeks ago, we were in beautiful Venice 🛶 for our customer.
In the context of a 3 days conference, they invited the participants for a networking event on the rooftop of a majestic hotel with the best view on the Venice skyline.

🌅 Watching the sunset over this mythical city will remain in everyone's memories.

📍 Paris, France 🇨🇵

Early November we were lucky to organize an Industry Summit for our customer in a legendary hotel 🏛 within a listed ballroom which has received great politicians and cultural icons of the XIX and XX centuries. The plenary was followed by round tables during break outs, including another wonderful listed room.

🛎 Lunch was served in a beautiful winter garden and the evening 🥂 networking event took place in the covered terrace of this amazing place.

Facing Le Jardin des Tuileries ⛲ and near Place Vendôme, guests were in the heart of historical Paris.

Last month, part of the team was at organizing events for our customers.
Panel session at walking distance, networking event on top of the city, meeting rooms... We were deligthed and blessed to be able to deliver successful events and share memories.
