Meet the International Team:
Charlie created Haute Pursuit in 2005 after seeing a gap in the market for corporate ski weekends. The company has since grown into one of the leading event management and team building providers in the Northern Alps. Prior to moving to the Alps, Charlie had a successful career in the City of London, working in the world of finance.
Charlie has managed and hosted a broad range of events across Europe and knows the Alps particularly well. His expertise lies in the incentive travel arena, as well as developing new markets, rewards experiences and exploring emerging destinations.
Anna is an experienced event manager and creative director, who has worked for Haute Pursuit over many years. Originally from Sweden, where she attended art school, Anna has been living in Chamonix, France, for more than 20 years, where she has amassed in-depth knowledge of the local hospitality and events market.
Upon meeting the founder of international agency Collaborative Art, Steph Fonteyn, Anna was inspired to become a licensed facilitator of the directional and creative team building events devised by Collaborative Art, offering artistic team-building projects that “join the dots between the arts and the business worlds” using painting and drawing - attendees bring their teams closer together while expressing themselves creatively in a work environment.
Estelle, a long term Chamoniard, is a highly experienced events manager, and is fluent in French and English. Having graduated in business studies Estelle's career was focused on marketing prior to joining Haute Pursuit.
Estelle has been known to arrange some of the best parties across Europe for our clients, thanks to her attention to detail and fun loving character. In her spare time she is a keen skier and trail runner.
Stéphanie joined the team in 2015, after a brief period in management within the retail sector. Now Steph is a highly experienced event co-ordinator with team building and destination management experience.
A graduate of marketing and events management, Steph is mainly responsible for our French language clients, however she is bilingual having spent one year in London studying English and immersing herself in British culture, and thus a great asset to the business.
Andy has been a mountain lover for many years having spent several winters working in the Canadian Rockies in five star hotels.
After a short period in the UK developing his career in event and festival production, Andy moved to the Alps. Now permanently based in Chamonix, Andy runs our GPS treasure hunt product across Europe and divides his time between this and helping deliver our big events.
