Vocal tracking with a powerful 500 series rig. As the crow flies, or signal flows, initial signal amplification is accomplished with the GC Audio class A 500 Series Realism Preamp. From there, GC Audio's VCA style Density compressor performs dynamic control tasks with a very smooth and natural feel. The 500 Rack itself is a powerful tool as well. Having an external power supply with a total capacity of 12 Amps (6A for the +16V circuit and 6A for the -16V circuit) makes this 10 slot 500 series rack the most powerful of it's kind. The 500 Rack effectively powers the most demanding modules by regulating them and filtering noise and parasites generated by the 50/60Hz AC current.
