The vegetables here in France are simply amazing 😍 I have never seen this rutabagas before...and I love it! I've made a simple dish with roasted beetroot (from La Vie en Vrac ) and the rutabagas from La ferme de beausoleil on the Sunday market here in Excideuil. I made a caper and parsley butter to drizzle on top ....simple but so tasty 😋
