After 10 years of waiting, we finally honeymooned ❤️

What an utterly gorgeous country Sri Lanka is.. .

The people…the colour….the food…We were blessed by a monk…walks holding hands..soaked up the city, and the countryside.

There was something very special in waiting a decade and we have savoured every moment ❤️

It’s been an exciting week here is France…

Dorothy had to ‘brace’ herself and left the orthodontist 🦷 with an adorable lisp…

Arthur on the other hand was at home showcasing his Jam Boy 2 outfit. For those that don’t know, our dear friend Fraser (Jam Boy 1 ) now officially has competition!

Life has truly been eventful 🤣

Happy 12th birthday to our kind funny, clever and gorgeous little man! 🎂 (not that we are bias).

Feels like yesterday that we held Arthur in our arms for the first time…

This weekend saw 28 kids take over the Chateau with Laser Tag and lots of games…it even snowed! ❄️⛄️

We are thrilled to welcome Angel Strawbridge as a keynote speaker at the NFWI Annual Meeting 2025.

Angel is the founder of the Vintage Patisserie, a glamorous hospitality company, author of the ‘Vintage Tea Party’ Series, and perhaps most known and loved for being co-owner - alongside husband Dick - of Chateau de la Motte Husson; featured in the hugely popular Channel 4 series "Escape to the Chateau". Angel is a life-long fan and supporter of the WI, and personifies our tradition of passing on valuable skills and traditions to generations of women. She has also joined us as a new official high-profile Supporter in 2025.

We look forward to working with Angel, and Dick, lots more in the coming years!

It’s certainly been the week to be jolly! 🎄

Lots of festive fun at the Chateau - from filming our cook-a-long to Arthur’s Christmas fete.

The grown ups even had a moment to drink Snowballs whilst Arthur and Dorothy wrote their letters to Father Christmas!

Can’t lie…our heart melted when Dorothy put the Dyson hairdryer on her list because it’s not cheap…so she did not want to ask us! Although it will never compete with Arthur asking FC for a first edition Pokemon Charizard! 🎅

With all the festivities going on we nearly missed the rainbow 🌈 so thank you to our Quentin who captured it!

We have used the same family-run farm for years now…the Christmas jumpers are out and everyone is singing Christmas tunes getting in the mood for fun…
