We've been carrying out the majority of the renovation and restoration works ourselves, as a family team, using our years of combined experiences from past trade professions, it is now definitely a labour of love, full of challenges and new experiences. How the years have been! With many long and hard days, the progress is now definitely showing, which is fuel on the fire for us. Here,

we are able to elaborate on our progress, various technical aspects, and the challenges we face throughout the renovation – of which, there are many. Plus, we have a section where we share local attractions, places to see and hidden gems, plus any exciting news and events coming up. Wow .. 10 Years of ups and down’s 😊 it truly has been an uphill battle but so worth it. Here is a very quick limited version of the 10 amazing years . We are a strong family here and in Sydney we will work together as a team and try and put this Old Girl Back on the Map. Enjoy and celebrate together with us as our family has doubled in the last 10 years . Here 🥂 to so many more years with this Beautiful history of France ♥️

Step One ..... Filling in between every stone and every gap in the wall . This takes a while and some of the gaps are very deep , so it stays wet longer than we wanted , as it needs to start drying so that we can start stage Two.....
