Celebrating your Wedding in a Château means that you have to consider several elements :

- capacity and accomodation on site (Check the AC installations, bathrooms and quality of bedding!)
- outdoor spaces (Ceremony and cocktail)
- does the château provide any furniture ?( tables, chairs, lounge sofas, umbrellas)
- is there a technical manager ?
- do they impose any vendor ?
- in case of bad weather , what are the back-ou plans ?
- fireworks are they allowed ?
- check the electrical system (generator needed)
- Check the time range (don’t forget the installation and delivery times of providers)
- do they permit a farewell party with the use of the pool? (With extra charge?)

Table test is an essential step in the planning process
Once we have thought about the style, the colors, the type of flowers and have validated the mood board, we plan an appointment with the floral designer and the furniture rental company.
Ideally with tablecloth, dishes and furniture we chose for the wedding.
The Wedding designer places the elements on the table, as well as the floral arrangements.

We test the different layouts ,shapes and every detail.

It is a very moving moment because what we imagined together finally comes to life.

Now you look forward to your Dday and we can work serenely on the small details to perfection.

THE INVITATION
A wedding invitation usually includes the following information:

Main Invitation Card:
- Your full names (and parent names as per your protocol)
- Date and time of wedding
- the place of the ceremony
- Name and place of receipt
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)

Program:
- Highlights and times (welcome time, ceremony, photos, cocktail, cake and party)
- Dress Code Instructions
- In case of welcome dinner and brunch, mention the different locations, times and dress code for each event.

RSVP coupon:
- where guests will mention their surname, the guest family and the age of the children;
- Check the box for their presence for each event
- Choice of meal or special menu (allergies, vegetarian, etc.)
- Wedding website
- Dead Line (8 to 6 months depending on the location of your guests)

I recommend an easy access website where you may also include additional details such as accommodation options for out-of-town guests, directions to the venue, or any other relevant information.

Before you start looking for wedding venues, it’s important to have a clear understanding of how much you can afford to spend. This will help you narrow down your options and focus on venues that are within your budget.

Decide on the type of venue: Do you want a château, a typical Provence Mas, a beachfront ceremony, or a modern city venue?
Consider the style and theme of your wedding when choosing a venue.

Make sure the venue can accommodate your guest list comfortably.
Think about the differents spaces to plan the Ceremony, the cocktail, the dinner and party.

Consider the location of the venue in relation to where your guests will be coming from. Is it easily accessible?( airport, train station)Is there parking available? Is there accommodation nearby for out-of-town guests?

Look online for wedding venues in your desired location and read reviews from past couples.
Once you have a shortlist of potential venues, schedule site visits to see them in person and ask any questions you may have.

VOWS … my tips to be ready

Take the time to reflect and plan your wedding vows. Think about what you want to say to your partner and how you want to express your feelings.

Start by writing a draft of your vows, noting all the thoughts and emotions you want to share. Then, organize them coherently to create a clear and fluid structure.

Be authentic and personal in your vows. Talk about your relationship, your experiences together, and the qualities you admire in your partner.

Use simple and direct language so that your vows are easy to understand and feel. Avoid overly formal or artificial speeches.

Be honest and sincere in your promises and commitments to your partner. Avoid making unrealistic or impossible promises.

Don’t be afraid to express your emotions and show your vulnerability.
Wedding vows are the perfect opportunity to be authentic and sincere in your feelings.

Finally, practice reading your vows out loud to ensure they sound good and you are comfortable with their content. Don’t forget to reread and correct them if necessary before the big day.

Wine: Plan on serving about one bottle of wine per guest for a sit-down dinner. For a cocktail-style reception, you may need about half a bottle per guest.

Champagne: If you plan to serve champagne for toasts, estimate about one glass per guest.
For a longer reception, you may want to have extra on hand.

Beer: Estimate about one to two beers per guest per hour for a cocktail-style reception.
