It’s been an amazing wedding season full of fabulous weddings and we’ve not had chance to post many photos, but these stunning photos of Maddie and Saachit and their beautiful colourful, full of love and happiness multi day wedding made me take a breath and want to share with you all. We absolutely loved being part of their celebrations and hope you love this as much as we do.

Thank you all for taking part in my little truth and white lies post yesterday. Some of the other wonderful women on our Instagram course had much more interesting white lies, I wish I’d thought of something more interesting… it seems that my only interesting fact is my favourite colour is blue 💙😂 Anyway, it’s very true and these pretty china blue delphiniums make me so happy, as do the gorgeous fluffy roses and fragrant lavender stocks. Is it fair to have a favourite when surrounded with all this beauty??

Beautiful hellebores, so delicate but also so strong. They thrive in the winter, standing up to strong winds, driving rain, ice and snow They always remind me (not that I really need it) that I love flowers so much. The power of the mighty petal.

Fountain centerpiece to our first 2022 wedding. A cold and frosty morning made way to sparkling blue skies and a golden sun. Congratulations to Jade and Ross, thanks for trusting us with your special day.
Blowsy garden roses, lisianthus, dried amaranthus, fragrant white broom, darkest green ivy and ruscus adorned the fountain.

2021 was a year full of ups and downs for us and our little business. We were so glad that our wedding season eventually started but uncertainty after many postponements and cancellations meant lots of last minute planning and quite a lot of stress. Thankfully we had been part of some gorgeous styled shoots that had kept our momentum, creativity and organisation running well, and it meant we could move into the last minute season smoothly. We had gorgeous weddings from tiny elopements to huge almost festival sized events, with couples from all over the world. I’ve posted a few photos but have many more to come, some are my shots so please excuse the quality. I want to say a big thank you to all of our fabulous couples, wedding planners, fellow suppliers, wedding helpers, friends and families who have kept us smiling and sane this year. Wishing you all wonderful New Years Eve (we’re isolating after returning from the UK, but feeling so lucky to have been able to travel) and a fabulous 2022. Happy 1st December to you all. We’ve been having a wonderful time sprinkling Christmas magic around some of the beautiful villages in South West France. The gorgeous has been adorned with a huge garland along the beautiful expanse of store fronts on the Grande Rue in Issegeac. The garland is full of frangeant spruce, eucalyptus and red berries with sparkling lights. We also made matching Christmas wreaths and our wine barrel giant baubles, with red velvet trailing ribbons. The store is very special, combining an upholstery studio, picture framing workshop and sustainable home wares. Issigeac is a magical village to visit and has a market all along the little ruelles every Sunday morning chez-soi Issegeac
