The wedding at Le Beauvallon was fantastic & a pleasure to of been a part of it.

Fête24 provided professional lighting & audio equipment, including a d&b Audiotechnik Q7 sound system, 9 ways of Sennheiser G4 IEM, and Shure UR2 wireless handheld microphones, all controlled via a Midas M32 mixing desk with a DL32 stage rack.

For the backline we also supplied a DW collector series drum kit and Nord Stage 3 keyboard as part of the backline package for the party band. For the DJ, we provided a pair of Pioneer CDJ2000NX2 with a DJM900NSX2 and a d&b M4 stage monitor.

To create a visually stunning atmosphere, we used 8 LED light strips and 4 LED hybrid “flower effects” mounted on gravity stands.

We also utilized 8 beam/spot/wash moving head lights on the stage, controlled via a ChamSys MQ80 lighting desk for the lighting in the evening.

Additional active RCF & EV PA speaker systems were provided for the outdoor ceremony speeches and live jazz band. We used wireless Bose battery-powered speakers for background music & speeches at dinner and additional DJ equipment for the Sunday pool party.

A big thank you to the incredible team for the organisation over the 3 days.

For the outdoor wedding ceremony we used a d&b Audiotechnik Q7 + Qsub PA system, supplied a Nord Stage 3 keyboard with Sennheiser G4 IEM’s and three additional wireless Shure UR2 microphones for the singers again with IEM’s as requested + Midas M32R + DL32 for control

For the drinks reception area we used the same d&b Q7 / Qsub sound system & backline package & then a final 3rd move of the same set up inside for the evening entertainment ! - Fantastic venue to work at & great day working with who made everything easy for us.

A couple of weeks ago Fête24 supplied a full sound, lighting and backline package private birthday party held at Restaurant Le Saint Julien in Saint-Julien-Beychevelle.

The backline package included the Nord Stage 3 88 keyboard, our custom DW collect series drum kit with 5 ways Sennheiser G4 in ear monitoring.

We provided wireless LED uplighting for around the inside of the venue & a pair of our hybrid helix lighting fixtures for the performance area.

We used a small & compact d&b Audiotechnik Q7 / Qsub PA system with a pair of M4 stage monitors for the lead singer. For sound control we used the Midas M32R with the DL32 stage rack.

A fantastic team to work with the planner, band and their client only complimenting our services.

Apologies for the lack of photos but it was hard to get photos as the performance was a surprise & everything was hidden away & we had a quick exit!

Side note: The steak & chips were out of this world ! Also a special, thanks to Adien for sound engineering at last minute

Yesterday we installed this 10m x 7.5m canvas stretch tent for a wedding in Le Fleix finished with hessian flooring and festoon lighting.

Stretch tents are a cost efficient alternative to a conventional marquee & we offer two sizes: The 10m x 7.5 or the larger 15m x 10m canopies.

Friday we delivered & installed a stretch tent package for private event in Perigueux.

These pictures show you our 15m x 10m stretch tent with a festoon lights + coconut matting finished off with a 18ft X 18ft black & white chequerboard dance floor with black edging.

The sound system is a small RCF 732 PA system for a IPod playlist with a pair of our hybrid LED party lights + haze to enhance the effect.

Last weekend in Paris, Fête24 proudly delivered comprehensive production services for a prestigious cultural event.

Despite the challenging timeline, our team expertly managed to unload, set up, and prepare the venue in under three hours—a testament to our dedication and efficiency.

Central to our production was the stage’s visual appeal, highlighted by our cutting-edge 3.9mm LED screen, which doubled as a custom DJ booth. Additional LED strips measuring 2000mm and 2500mm in height were used across the back of the stage creating an eye catching & captivating backdrop.

For unparalleled sound quality, we deployed a d&b Audiotechnik Q series sound system, featuring d&b Qsubs and Q7 midtops, all powered by a pair D12 amplifiers, ensuring crystal-clear audio throughout the event.

DJ equipment met the artists requirements, with Pioneer CDJ2000NX2 CD players and a DJM900NX2 mixer, complemented by d&b Audiotechnik M4 stage monitors, offering the DJ unmatched control and sound fidelity.

Adding a dynamic visual element, LED pixel strips were installed across the top of the DJ booth, with four LED moving heads mounted on 2000mm poles in between the LED strips across the back of the stage, versatile in creating everything from tight beams to textured patterns across the venue.

Completing the immersive experience was an expansive 18ft x 18ft solid black dance floor to cover the plain wooden floor already in the venue.

Today took delivery of our new black & white chequerboard with custom black edging & our new honey oak wooden dance floor.

These pictures show a large 24ft X 24ft (7.5m X 7.5m) dance floor, we offer many other sizes such as a 16ft X 16ft which is the most common size floor followed by a 18ft X 18ft with larger floors starting at 20ft, 22ft & 24ft.

Either floor can be supplied with black or sliver edging.

We can supply these floors as part of a package including a stretch tent, audio visual & entertainment.

Although these dance floors can used both indoors & outdoors the panels can not be left in direct sunlight.

If installation is taking place early in the day a cover will be provided for protection. This can easily be pulled off when your ready to use the floor.

We provided a comprehensive PA system, lighting, and backline package for a British DJ, saxophonist, and percussionist.

The DJ was equipped with a Pioneer DJ package, including Pioneer CDJ2000NX2’s and a DJM900NX mixer, complemented by a d&b Audiotechnik Q7 sound system and an RFC735 active DJ monitor.

For the live performances, we supplied wireless IEM’s from Sennheiser, a range of microphones, and a Midas M32R Live mixing desk for control.

To enhance the ambiance, we positioned 24 wireless LED uplighters throughout the venue & set to a soft off-white.

A Very unique wedding venue with incredible features inside & out (the swimming pool is gorgeous)

For the lighting we supplied a mixture of static lighting, full colour lasers & moving lights to save space & to enhance the overall lighting effect.

A few weeks ago we were working at working for supplying sound & lighting equipment for a wedding.

In the court yard we supplied pair of d&b Audiotechnik Q7 midtop speakers with a pair of d&b Audiotechnik Qsubs, one Pioneer XDJ-ZX DJ controller with a pair of Shure UR4 handheld wireless radio mics & a black DJ booth with a laptop controller stand as requested.

For the lighting we supplied 4 300w hybrid LED moving head profiles and handful of wireless LED uplighters for around the courtyard, we also projected the couples initials (a wedding monogram) onto the side of the Château.

Down in the gardens we provided a small RCF732a PA system for ceremony speeches with a handled wireless mic and another small sound system for the pool party / chill out area.

Fête24 supplied sound, DJ equipment, lighting & LED screen for a small music festival in .

For the sound we supplied a 8 way mix using d&b M4 stage monitors, a Midas M32 digital mixing desk for FOH, a d&b Audiotechnik Q1 / Qsub PA system with d&b B2 infra subs / Q7 fills for the main PA.

Lighting was small & simple but high impact using 8 x hybrid moving heads, 6 x pixel strips, 6 x Helix fixtures & 8 x LED tour pars across the front to light the stage.

The LED screen is 4 meters wide @ 2.5 meters high with a pixel pitch of 3.9mm which was used to show sponsorship logos & visual effects at night.

The festival was made up of live bands & DJ’s over two days - A fantastic environment & lovely people to work with ❤️

Here is the result of 50 hours learning & playing with the 3D animation software

This is our first 3D render of our 15m X 10m stretch tent & has been drawn & made from scratch - no stock imagery

Having a render made allows you to visualise the space & production at your event BEFORE we arrive on site which is very important for clients looking to visualise different set ups & production options beforehand.

This is not a free service as everything made is bespoke to your requirements, these renders can be exported as 4K HD video with multiple camera angles once again allowing you to visualize the space better and essentially walk around the area in 3D

Moving forward we will be offering custom renders for event, wedding planners & production companies stating after this summer as more time is required to learn but we will be sharing our progress along the way :)

This weekend are supplying this 4 meter wide X 2.5 meter high outdoor LED video screen at a private residence in which allows guests to either watch films or play the game consoles.

The technical details are as follows:

XLite 3.9mm pitch screen / 5000 NiTTS with Novastar VX4s system controller, d&b Audiotechnik Q7 mid tops & d&b E8’s as fills.

These outdoor screens are a great way to entertain young ones (and adults) at events.

For the outdoor ceremony we used a small EV ZLX12a active speaker system with the ZXA1 sub & wireless Shure UR4D handheld radio microphone controlled via a Allen & Heath ZED10 mixing desk.

For the DJ we supplied a d&b audiotechnik Q series sound system consisting of a pair of Qsub’s & Q7 mid tops driven & controlled via a pair of D12 amps.

We supplied a / black DJ booth and used a compact lighting setup using four 150W helix lighting fixtures then finished the room with some wireless LED uplighters.
