The Honey Bee Maison
La Maison D'abeille is an former village Mairie and an old convent set off Le Gartempe River in South Western France. This historic property is being renovated into a proper family home for our LeClere crew to have for many generations. It is also receiving the love treatment where it will be used as a small event venue and professional cooking/catering outfit. Chef Eric LeClere is our resident Professional Chef de Cuisine. With Five Star skill sets in both traditional French cuisine and American Soul Food he can offer services for a variety of needs.
