This was a veggie chillie with baked potato, guacamole, sour cream, cheese & nachos, homemade pineapple chutney, homemade pickled cabbage, and sweet corn.

It’s that strange time of year again when my crampons, couteaux and ice axe aren’t the most dangerous blades in my ski kit, and its the Mandoline and knife I need to be wary of! My hand blender has to cuddle up to my crampons and spices and cake molds get stuffed into ski boots.

J’me off to Norway in a few days to work & play in the pow with Off Piste Performance. All sold out this year - so start thinking about next year now if you are keen to join us 🙂

Winter salads > there is surprisingly still a lot of fresh salad, herbs & greens in the garden and at the market in December. Make a warm, nourishing winter salad with spiced roast squash, root veg, Kale, seasonal greens and salad leaves. Add a tahini dressing and a bunch of nuts & seeds. Enjoy.
