I won a scholarship with the french academy aged 18, working to complete my chef training at Bournemouth catering college. I completed a full apprenticeship at firstly The Savoy Hotel and then No1 Lombard Street (michelin starred). During my London days I often worked for elite private agencies such as Leith lists and Blues, gaining experience in all types of households from very formal silver ser

vice meals to more casual manor farm houses- cooking on agas with lots of children and dogs at my feet! I moved to the south of france to work in a prestigious villa in St Jean Cap Ferrat and from there moved across to super yachts. I worked on some of the busiest and most successful charter yachts. A high light of my yachting career was winning the Antigua charter yacht chef competition in every one of my categories. The competition is considered a bench mark of industry standards. Following a break to raise two children in Golfe Juan I now am starting to work again, having done a number of interesting private events so far. A canapé party in a very formal setting for MIPIM, a wedding for 60 in Valbonne, a weeks private chef work in villas in Cap D'Antibes, Mougins and Super Cannes to name a few of my most recent jobs. I welcome any enquiry, no matter how small. I love my job, I love food and know I can make your event or holiday one to remember. I'm organized, efficient, creative and everything I cook is as tasty as it looks!
