⚠️ We posted this last year, so just a reminder to be nice to people working endless hours in hospitality. They are giving up their time, to make memories for you all. Please be kind, we are all trying our best 🥰 ⚠️

🎈As we are coming up to the Christmas period, this is your annual reminder to be nice to people working in hospitality, even when they get it wrong. 🍾

🥃Working countless hours, eating on your feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family and wearing yourself thin are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the next couple of weeks .

🌟So, if they do get it wrong, and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup.. or they forget to swap your salad for chips, or, God forbid, you order no ice .. and your drink comes with ice, just remember how hard they’re working to try and make your experience special.

🌹Be nice. It costs nothing.🌹

AIS Utilities pre buffet nibbles at Abercwmboi Rugby Club today. Thanks for an amazing day! ❤️

Here’s a very bad video of a really lovely event today! Really grateful to AIS Utilites for booking with us and for the loveliness of your company and an absolutely amazing day! The video is the pre buffet nibbles, unfortunately we just didn’t get time to capture the main event! This included goats cheese and beetroot with caramelised red onion Vol au vants, drizzled with honey and dressed with lemon thyme from the garden, cucumber and cream cheese bites with herbs and fresh chives, home made mini quiche, haloumi fries with chilli jam, (HOT!) And a good selection of pastries with home made jam and chocolate ganache. Thank you all for your amazing comments on both buffets!

Final buffet at ABERCWMBOI RUGBY CLUB: #

Final buffet of a very busy week goes to the ARFC Presentation evening. Pulled pork and coleslaw, roast beef, roast turkey, home cooked ham, boiled buttered potatoes, salads, quiche, hot corned beef pie, hoisin sin style pad beef stew with rice, and oriental snacks with our homemade cakes, brownies and lemon drizzle and fresh scones with strawberries, chantilly cream and a little chocolate cake with chocolate cream and more strawberries and fruit cups either mint from the garden. Really hope you enjoyed! Janette Leonard Jojo Day @top fans
