And just like that, Jean’s 15 years at Doorsteps is over. Jean has been a huge part of our team and as Kitchen Manager was the heart of our business in her time here.
Worked hard, never complained and always did her very best….that’s what Jean gave.
We recently gave her a surprise leaving BBQ to show a token of our appreciation for all she did….and here she is mopping the kitchen today for the final time 😥.
From myself, Derek and the rest of the team, we wish Jean a long, happy and exciting retirement.

We received some sad news the other day that one of our previous members of staff, Maddie passed away after a short illness. Maddie worked at Doorsteps from 2019 to 2023 and was very popular on her Bridge of Don/Altens run. Always full of warmth and with a big smile on her face. You will be sadly missed “Chuck” x
