As we look to a new year, we share some big news with you: Steph has made the difficult decision to leave the company. Although she will continue to support and champion the hotels (and, of course, her family and team!), she has decided to take some time to focus on her own family and to pivot her attention from ‘front line’ hospitality to consultancy work and other opportunities. She will be making some ‘guest appearances’ at the hotels (missing out on in particular is not an option!) but if you’d like to keep up to date with her going forward then please do follow her over at with whom she will be working to continue to drive Scottish hospitality forward.
We wish her the very best, knowing she’ll excel, and although she will be missed by us all, we thank her for everything that she has done (and will continue to do – albeit it from afar) for the business – we wouldn’t be where we are now without her as part of this phenomenal team.
