Family, friends, valued clients, and treasured supporters, as I write this my heart is filled with an immense blend of gratitude, nostalgia, and love.
Five years ago, there was a dream in my mind, a vision in my heart, and a story to tell what started with Cwtch Creations slowly turned into a story captured through the lens of love, joy, and commitment. That vision became Cwtch Wedding Photography, and together, with my exceptional team, we’ve crafted countless memories and documented the most beautiful chapters of your lives.
It’s with a heavy but thankful heart that I announce today the closing of Cwtch Wedding Photography.
This decision didn't come easy, but sometimes, the chapters of our lives take unexpected turns. Life has been an extraordinary journey, filled with spectacular moments I’ve had the privilege to share with all of you. Your weddings have graced my camera and filled my days with laughter, elation, and wonder. I’ve witnessed promises made, tears of joy celebrated, and families merging in the warmth of love—each moment an indelible patch sewn into the fabric of my heart.
While I say “farewell” to my wedding photography business, it’s essential to clarify that this is not an ending, but rather the start of a new journey. One that will allow me to redirect my focus towards family, health, and self-care. In recent years, the honest truth is that rising costs and the pressures of being a small business owner have become increasingly challenging, often leaving little room for the balance of personal life and professional passion.
So, it’s time for me to prioritize what matters most—the amazing family I’ve created and the memories we still have to make together.
I wholeheartedly promise that I will honour all bookings and outstanding queries, ensuring that each of you receives the exceptional service and support that you have so lovingly entrusted to me. While the Cwtch experience may be closing, the essence of love and joy that we celebrated in our photography will remain. For that, I can never say “thank you” enough.
A special thanks goes out to each couple who let us into their lives, the families who welcomed me, and the friends who believed in me. You have made the past five years an immeasurable joy, and together, we've created moments of beauty that will echo in our lives forever.
And so, while this chapter may conclude, let's not view it as a heartbreaking goodbye. Instead, envision it as “a see you later,” because I carry with me every single smile, every heartfelt embrace, and every dance shared on your special days. You may see me stepping away from the lens of a business owner, but know that I will always remain your biggest supporter, dancing in celebration from the sidelines and cherishing the memories we’ve made.
