Elegant Cuisine is a catering company, based in Frilford, Oxfordshire. It offers ‘outdoor’, or event, catering to high standards at specialist events, parties and celebrations across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire – including corporate events and weddings. It is the preferred caterer at several venues, including Oxford’s prestigious Rhodes House and Bodleian Library and offers special event catering at several others.

If you’ve read our recent blog, you’ll know how much we love organising award ceremonies at

Last year, we were delighted to organise the for . The event was hailed a great success and we were pleased to be asked to support them in organising this year’s awards in July as a result. Here’s the lowdown on some of the details that made the event special ✨

We used the beautiful, historic venue of , easily accessible in the heart of the city for the 280 guests who attended. Guests were welcomed with a drinks reception while the a ca****la group (made up of students from and universities) performed. It was then time for the guests to make their way to the main hall to take their seats and enjoy a delicious meal from in-house caterers

After the meal, the awards started, hosted impeccably by former BBC newsreader and MBE. Each of the 9 award categories was presented by an individual from the Executive Board, Senior Leadership Team or a Hospital Charity Trustee, and once the winner had been announced, an engaging short film was played, explaining why the winner deserved their award 🏆
