What an honour to bake for this wonderful wedding.

Tiny caramel latte cakes, red velvet cookies and brownies. As well as funfetti tray bake (marscapone and white chocolate icing 😋) and sweet little canapés filled with vanilla cheesecake; topped with raspberry and blackberry, peach and strawberry.

Business lunch today.

Sweet selection, caprese salad, blt and hummus and sundried tomato mini baguettes. Ultimate cheese sandwiches, smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, southern fried chicken wraps. Savoury selections: chicken strips, sausage rolls, cheese and onion rolls and vegan nuggets.

Children’s party buffet rolled out this afternoon, served up using the Marcham Eco Party Project’s kit.
Don’t forget hot and cold drinks and sausage rolls for the grown ups.

Did a working lunch thing today. Lovely feedback too ☺️

All my dips, sauces and flavoured mayos are More Bite’s own recipe; made with love and delivering punchy flavours that really make a plain ole sandwich come to life. It’s all about the sauce!

Sandwiches (not pictured - come on, it’s me): chicken mayo and ultimate cheese.
Wraps: bbq pulled pork with slaw. Falafel, red pepper and sundried tomato mayo and rocket.
Snack bites: chicken strips and sausage rolls with a trio of signature dips: honey mustard, smokey maple bbq and teriyaki ketchup.

Sweet selection: brownie, flapjack, red velvet cookies.
