Announcement - Death of Neil Dignan
To let you all know the sad news that Neil died on Monday 10th May. He was one of the organisers of the Blues on the Meadow Festival and always loved the festival, the bands and the people. Thank you for your support over the years.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are sorry to say that there will not be a Blues on the Meadow festival this year. After 11 wonderful years, we are having a rest in 2018. We would like to thank you for your support and for the amazing help we have received.

THANKS TO ALL:

We could not have run this without support of so many friends and volunteers, too many to thank all individually here but particular thanks to:

* Jane and Simon who were the reason we started BotM and jointly ran BotM for so many years;

* Chris our MC and webmaster and Ange our photographer, who have helped co-organise for so many years;

* Kerry and Huw who stepped in as co-organisers and helped make BotM 2017 such a success.

* All our helpers including Nick and Jan, Simon and Jason and everyone who has helped with putting up marquees and running the event.

A reminder of the event on Friday. Great value with live music, food and ale walking distance from the Meadow.

For any of you camping or staying on the Friday there is a local fun event in Aldermaston, walking distance away. Live music. Bar and food. Details on the poster. Tickets on the gate or send us a message. Location, RG7 4LX. Walk to the village and turn right at the pub.

Looking great for the weekend. Setup has gone well so far thanks to our amazing helpers.

A final reminder, if you want tickets buy them now we are very close to sellout, with less than 20 tickets remaining. The online ticket purchase option will finish at the latest tomorrow or as soon as we reach our limit.

Another reminder to confirm you are camping if you have not done so already.
