Gazebo Hire from Near and Far Events

We are the people that bring the party and that also includes gazebos to keep you and your guests partying no matter the weather!

As a company established in 2019 we are Experienced and Reliable party planners here to take the pressure and stress out of your party planning process.

We can either tent peg the gazebo in to grass or use sandbags to keep your gazebo secure for your event.

GAZEBO HIRE
• 3m x 3m: £70
(Capacity 10-15 Seated & 15-20 Standing)

•6m x 3m covered area: £140 (Capacity 25-30 Seated & 30-35 Standing)
9m x 3m covered area: £195 (Capacity 40 - 50 Seated & 64 - 70 Standing)
6m x 6m covered area: £260 (Capacity 50- 60 Seated & 60 - 70 Standing)

•Festoon Lighting Hire: £20 (one set suits either size gazebo)

•Heater Hire: £20 per heater (we recommend one heater per gazebo)

Hire period is for 24 hours and includes set up & set down

FREE Delivery within 10 miles of GU11. We do not travel further than 30 minutes door to door.

All Bookings require a £20 deposit to secure the booking with the remainder due 3 weeks prior to the event.
