We are looking to expand our team on race days across Spedeworth/Incarace/Mildenhall; adding to a our current team - the best in the business! Get closer to the action and be part of a great bunch of people along the way...

Of course you don’t need to be interested in attending all tracks - our teams are broken into different areas, each covering their local venues.

A wide variety of roles are available; we are particularly looking for those interested in commentary, lap scoring, pit marshalling, track marshalling, recovery driving, scrutineering, administration and more.

Applicants should be over the age of 18, have a knowledge of short oval motor racing and of course be available for the majority of meetings held at the track (or tracks) you would be interested in attending.

The tracks are:-

• Aldershot Raceway
• Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne
• Foxhall Heath Stadium, Ipswich
• Great Yarmouth Stadium
• Hednesford Hills Raceway
• Mildenhall Stadium
• Northampton International Shaleway

The People’s Trophies are back again for 2025!!!

, in conjunction with Cowdenbeath Racewall and Spedeworth/Incarace is delighted to announce that the 2025 People’s Trophies events will take place at The Racewall, and Mildenhall Stadium.

The tarmac event heads north of the border for the first time in its history on Sunday 27th April where it is paired up with a World Championship Qualifying round the previous evening to form a fantastic weekend of racing at the host venue for this year’s BriSCA F2 World Final itself.

Following just 4 weeks later, the shale event will be held for the first time at the all-action Mildenhall Stadium. Rising phoenix-like from the ashes following last year’s devastating fire, the Suffolk venue returns to racing in 2025, and will play host to the People’s Trophy on Saturday 24th May.

Feedback from drivers and race fans about the People’s Trophies has been very positive; both groups have loved the distinctive composition of the previous events, and the atmosphere they create. is delighted to stage the unique format races with two new promotions in 2025, and cannot thank Dave Borthwick (Cowdenbeath Racewall) and Deane Wood (Spedeworth Motorsports / Mildenhall Stadium), enough for their support.

THE NORTH LEAVE VICTORIOUS AT CIVIL WAR 25…

What a day of on track action it was as the 25th Civil War took to Hednesford Hills yesterday, with a last-minute win for the North by just 50 points as this special event went down to the wire and the last event of the day: the Tanks DD.

The final score, after a mixed bag of victories and deductions? It was down to the wire with 975 to the team in white and 925 to the team in red. This means the North lead 13-12 in the overall score, and who knows what we could be saying in less than 12 months time?!

With so much full contact action it was difficult to know where to watch at some points as all three classes certainly proved the event is still one which isn’t to be missed for fans of high-octane racing.

Our thanks go to the Staff & Officials for their countless hours of work during the event, as well as to the Drivers and their Teams - as well as the hard-working Generals - for keeping so many cars going until the end - a true team feat!

Finally, our thanks go to the Race Fans who turned up in their thousands for the classic North vs. South event: we hope you had an enjoyable day and hope to see you again soon.

Spedeweekend Friday!

Headlined by the National Hot Rods Championship of the World, Spedeweekend has an extra injection of excitement as Friday now plays host to practice for the formula at the pinnacle of non-contact racing.

There's plenty more to come before then, however we cannot wait to be in the summer for this huge festival of oval motorsport.

Now that the show is over and it’s back to reality in the shop with heaps of phone calls, texts, emails and orders to deal with we don’t want to forgot the memories we all made.

There was so many people / children of all ages sitting in the Mazda having photos taken over the 4 days it would be great to see them.

STANDBY FOR THE ULTIMATE NATIONAL BANGER TEAM EVENT: A QUARTER OF A CENTURY OF CIVIL WAR!

White vs Red, North vs South - it's Civil War 25…

Let battle commence as the ultimate motorised confrontation takes place once again in the hills of Hednesford on Sunday January 12th as the North clash with the South in Civil War 25.

The wintery hills of Cannock Chase will reverberate to the sound of battle as the UK’s best National Banger drivers head into war for the 25th confrontation. At the end of the 24th running - in yet another brutal Civil War - with some great action and a great atmosphere the scores were evened up once again at 12 wins apiece. What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? The best way to find out is to be there!

Three classes of National Bangers take part in this unique event – the Light Brigade in pocket-sized cars such as Micras and Kas, the Infantry in family favourite hatchbacks (1600cc) and the Tank drivers in 2litre big cars! Each class gets three races plus a Demolition Derby where the last soldier still moving wins.

With a select team of soldiers on each side, including some of the biggest names and teams in the sport and many regular rivalries being put aside for one day only (but not all!), the meeting promises to deliver some of the biggest hits seen anywhere in National Banger racing in 2025.

The skill and determination of the racers will be evident as soon as the green flag drops, with some drivers racing for vital points and some doing their utmost to smash their opposition to oblivion.

The Generals - at the helm of each team - will have to carefully select their racers and wreckers and keep cool under fire as they direct their troops, dodging snowballs too if the weather takes a turn for the worst!

This is the greatest confrontation in motor racing – whether you are on the side of the North or South, do not miss this incredible experience of automotive carnage.
