Tonight was our first guided visualisation meditation in the Fit in Fitness gym, the room was very calm and comfortable 💫💫 Thank you to all who came along and let themselves rest, recharge and reset 🌟 this is needed more than we know 💜 Wellness is not a luxury it’s a necessity in this fast paced world 🌍 your body and mind sometimes need to just stop and be still 🌟

And just like that 6 weeks have flown by and we have completed the 6 week healthy living hypnotherapy block 💫💫💫💫

Thank you so much to all my ladies who attended as this was my first block and l am so glad you all enjoyed it as much as me.

As you may have noticed we have changed the name of our page to Gracious Party & Events as we now offer more of our own events for larger kids disco’s and adult party nights, we have also since last year introduced meditation & wellness classes as well as continuing to be available to book for private parties. ⚠️ ⚠️a wee notice to say due to building works there is less parking around the centre please be prompt for a 6pm start for classes ⚠️⚠️

Tonight we kicked off our 6 week block for healthy living / weight management in the weeks leading to summer 2024, we eased in with a guided visualisation meditation 🧘‍♀️ which incorporated implanting new healthy habits into the subconscious mind and the remaining classes will be group hypnotherapy plus home recordings to further implement these habits, lifestyle changes and will include help with confidence, positivity and body image ✨✨✨✨

💥unfortunately we had 3 no shows, but this means we have 3 spaces remaining for the next 5 weeks, if you wish to join PM us to book and tonight’s class will be deducted from the block price, the block price is an absolute discount compared to what private 1-1 hypnotherapy would cost.
