Tonight we kicked off our group hypnotherapy 🥰 the class was fully relaxed and very zen☺️ again in the stunning surroundings within Green Tree Remedies 💚 and thank you very much to Made Guid in Dumbarton for gifting the group with a discount so they can enjoy your amazing store ❤️

Tonight we kicked off our 6 week block for healthy living / weight management in the weeks leading to summer 2024, we eased in with a guided visualisation meditation 🧘♀️ which incorporated implanting new healthy habits into the subconscious mind and the remaining classes will be group hypnotherapy plus home recordings to further implement these habits, lifestyle changes and will include help with confidence, positivity and body image ✨✨✨✨
💥unfortunately we had 3 no shows, but this means we have 3 spaces remaining for the next 5 weeks, if you wish to join PM us to book and tonight’s class will be deducted from the block price, the block price is an absolute discount compared to what private 1-1 hypnotherapy would cost.
