Hello summer 2024! The cutting patch is really starting to bloom now with fresh seasonal flowers. The sweet peas are wonderful at the moment. Wrapped bunches of mixed flowers £6, orders now being taken for the next week, message me to order.

It's the end of the season but not the end of the dahlias and cosmos, still flowering madly so message me if you fancy one last bunch. Frost forecast on Sunday is a bit of a worry.
Thank you to all of you who have bought and loved my homegrown flowers as much as I love growing them. Already planning for next year and trying not to go too rash with the seed catalogue!

Just when I think the flowers in the cutting garden could not get any better, they blooming well do, they just keep on coming! Large wrapped bunches, at least 20 stems of mixed favourites including dahlias, cosmos, cornflowers, snapdragons, larkspur and more £6, message me to order.

The dahlia's are looking so pretty in the garden today, a huge bunch freshly picked to bring some brightness indoors. Orders being taken for the mixed bunches this weekend, all freshly cut to order, wrapped bunches £6. Have a great weekend!

Not much sunshine and plenty of showers this week, lots and lots of flowers though! As the season moves on, more flowers are getting into their stride and bringing different scents colours and movement. Started cutting the larkspur this week, one of my absolute favourites! Also making confetti for my daughters wedding later in the summer, a real labour of love.🥰

Hi all, the 2023 season is off to a great start and the greenhouse is full to busting with this years seedlings. Looking forward to a colourful season of cottage garden flowers all grown here in Swanwick Derbyshire. Almost the end of the season but some things still blooming their little socks off! And the dahlias are just getting going. Stems are not as long as they have been but that makes them perfect for a jam jar posy. £3, available now including jam jar if you want it! Can also be wrapped.

Well, after a challenging week trying to protect flowers from the heat we made it and lots of blooms available for cutting again. It never ceases to amaze me how the garden adapts to all the weather throws at it. Even the lawn is slightly less brown after a bit of rain! Orders now being taken for next week.

2022 growing season is well underway! Not quite there yet in cutting masses of flowers but here are a few I cut this morning. Will start to post in a few weeks when I can start supplying the bunches that were so popular last year. Even managed to convince the other half to dig up some of the lawn for more growing space for 2022 !
