Goodness!! August already!

We are sorry for the radio silence we have been inundated in the past month, keep an eye on our stories this week to see what we have been up to!

Starting the month off with bringing back the birth flowers for August- Gladiolus and Poppies!

Gladiolus represent struggle, strength, victory and pride and come in various beautiful colours and we will have some in stock this week!

Poppies are obviously associated with the red poppy of remembrance in November but again come in many different colours all representing something different for example pink represents compassion and platonic love!

June Birth Flower 🌹

June has two birth flowers- Rose and Honeysuckle.

There are over 300 species and 10s of thousands of varieties of roses! Different colours of roses hold different meanings, two examples are red roses are a symbol of love and yellow roses are a symbol of friendship. We always carry a wide selection of colours in the shop so if you have a favourite let us know.

Honeysuckle are a beautifully scented climbing plant, if you have a spot in the garden such as a trellis or an arch it is a perfect addition and flowers all through the summer.

New Product 🐝🌺

We have an amazing new range from Seedball in the shop. They are wildflower seeds in compost- just scatter and water. They can be placed in pots or in soil in the garden and are clay covered to stop the birds from eating them. Win win!

There is also a bee specific range for all the bee lovers out there! 💛

MAY BIRTH FLOWER 🌸
Is everyone like us and in disbelief it's May already? It's time for the birth flower of the month again and this time it's Lily of the Valley!
They are a delicate flower, well-known for small white bell-shaped heads and are a symbol of sweetness! You will usually find them in our outdoor plant area so keep your eyes peeled 👀
