ACCESS INFORMATION:
ALL performances of Grief Floats will be accompanied by live audio description, please let a member of staff know that you require audio description on arrival, and they will let you know which audio channel to use.
There is also an accessible sound score designed for the work, if our primary sound score might be challenging for you. The accessible sound score is gentle accompaniment, with no loud bangs, screeches or screaming. Upon arrival staff will ask you which you prefer, and indicate which channel to use.
There is a Moment Map available at our welcome desk for anyone who would find it useful to have an indication of what lies ahead.

NEXUS UPDATE:
The metro has a major line closure from 24 August to 1 September between St James and Wallsend, there is a replacement bus service, but we suggest allowing a longer travel time. Alternatively, if you are travelling from Newcastle City Centre you could travel via Monkseaton, around the coast to Tynemouth instead.

A very exciting start to the day, getting the keys for our first proper unit and new home for the company, just 10mins down the road in the Willowtree Industrial Estate. Thank you to Anne from Northern Trust for making it a simple and enjoyable process. We’ve even got a sublet in situ.

That’s another year completed at the Royal Highland Show for Mackie's Ice Cream & Chocolate stand installation and derig by ourselves. Wonderful to work with them again. Not bad for an 8yr old exhibition stand.

We are once again working with our lovely friends at From The Fields and 2Can Productions Ltd on the Northern Lights Newcastle 2024 winter trail. Last year was a barnstorming success and we are delighted to once again provide Site and Trail Management as well as our own Amy Wilson acting as Creative Producer.

We are looking for a local male actor to work on a Halloween event in Seaton Delaval. Needs to be at least 5ft 9 inch tall, med-large build, to look older than 25, with or without facial hair for a minimal speaking role.

Must be available for:
2 hour rehearsal 15:00 - 17:00, Friday 27th Oct
16:30 - 21:00, 28th - 31st Oct

1 week pay: £482 + travel expenses
