💁🏽‍♀️HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 💁🏽‍♀️

Here’s our main woman Chloé not only does she co-own / run the bar, she carry’s out a lot of the finer details (especially the aesthetics) but she’s also a highly skilled florist and owns her own floristry Time to Bloom.

As well as doing all of the above she looks after our home, child, man child and dog.

Myself and Freddie couldn’t be prouder of her and all of her achievements.

There’s definitely a glass of wine with her name on it behind the bar today 🍷

The window vinyls have been started by North By North East Print and Sign

As we put the finishing touches to our new menu we decided to introduce some new features which I’m sure you’ll all enjoy.

Although the full menu won’t be launched for another week we’ll still be serving up ‘the perfect nibble’ throughout.

Well what a whirlwind of a year so far.

Winter has been long, hard, stressful and so much more however we are now coming out the other side of what seemed like a never ending slump. We are greatly humbled to be nominated by one of you guys into the small business awards.

We don’t know who it was but thank you so much.

January saw us featured in an article about the north’s best wine bars.

February leads us to a nomination in the small business awards.

March we launch our new wine, cheese and charcuterie menu.

What a jam packed week of live music we have lined up for you!

Buskers night on Wednesday 7pm everyone welcome.

Friday night we welcome SPARK to the market place to kick off story fest.

Saturday we have a fringe story fest featuring live music from a variety of different artists starting from 3:30pm running long into the night!

We can’t wait!
