A few delicious grazing dishes we served recently at a party. A great way to get your guests tastes buds excited 😋
🌟What was on the menu? 🌟
🍽️Nachos topped with Ox Cheek Chilli Con Carne. With Sour cream, cheese, avocado and jalapenos.
🍽️ Crispy panko chicken bites coated in confit garlic butter. Served on roquette and iceberg salad, bound in big mac sauce.
🍽️ Open Fisher finger buttie- Crispy fish finger goujon basted in salt and vinegar crisp butter served on warm focaccia, lobster mayonnaise and pickled fennel slaw.
🍽️ Gyros- chargrilled marinated chicken thigh served with warm flat bread, tzatziki, red onions, and tomatoes.
🍽️ White chocolate and pistachio cheesecake and mouth-watering warm chocolate brownie.

Nearly 30 years ago I completed my final exam in this classroom on this very bench at Alsager School. 🏫 This week I have been back demonstrating my cooking techniques to the year 11 students to help to prepare them for their final exam.

The pupils learnt about developing flavours within a dish and how to present their food in a professional and creative way. 🍲

🧡It meant the world to me to be back at the school where it all began for me and, to inspire our next generation! 🧡 I wish them all the best for the future. 🌟

We had an incredible day last week hosting a corporate team building cookery class for Congleton based company Visyon . 👩‍🍳 The team created a delicious 2 course meal for 27 guests in just 2 hours! What an achievement hey! 🤩

Last week we served this delicious menu 🍽️

🧀 Twice baked goats cheese souffle, pomegranate, pickled shallots and bacon jam.

🥘 Roast guinea fowl, confit leg bonbon, ragout of girolle mushrooms, spinach, squash puree and pomme anna.

🍫 Fine chocolate and hazelnut mousse, sugared doughnut, stewed kumquats, blood orange jelly and thyme anglaise.

Introducing our Valentines menu and our very first pop up restaurant! We are collaborating with the wonderful Alex and Nikki from Home Coffee & Studio in Alsager town centre. We will be creating a relaxed dining experience included chef interaction and a fun dessert to finish. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm on Wednesday 14th February. Beginning with an Amuse Bouche, Goats cheese starter, delicate Cod loin main course and a build your own Chocolate dessert. DM us to book or pop in to Home. A £10 per head non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the final balance is due 2 weeks before.
