We have a fantastic new vacancy for Property & Accommodation Manager for Northbrook Park and Avington Park.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Accommodation Manager will look after Wedding accommodation and Airbnb business across two sites. Whilst ensuring that our guests experience the highest quality of rooms standard.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Airbnb site for properties on both sites, made up of 3 beautiful cottages
Manage the accommodation for each wedding booking at both Northbrook Park and Avington Park
Ensure accommodation targets are hit for both sites
Communicate with wedding couples for both sites regarding their guests accommodation
Oversee the reservations for each site
Arrange all changeover & Housekeeping for both Airbnb and wedding accommodation
Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
Delegate reservation tasks to Property & Accommodation assistant to ensure the accommodation function is running efficiently
You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
Liaise with the Sales manager to ensure accommodation and weddings are working hand in hand
Provide office cover for both sites
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience within an Accommodation Department at supervisory level.
Ability to work at both sites – Farnham and Wi******er
People leadership and development experience.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work weekends (Sundays). Days off would be Friday/Saturday each week.
Flexibility to assist in other departments should the need arise.

Northbrook Park is a country estate wedding venue located on the border of Surrey and Hampshire. The property has 10 wedding cottages, sleeping up to 80 guests along with 2 beautiful Airbnb cottages on the wider estate.
Avington House is a 16th-century English country house which stands in Avington Park in the Itchen Valley near Wi******er, Hampshire. Avington offers 20 beautiful bedrooms set across our private residential apartments, along with 2 additional Airbnb cottages.
