Festive Family Fun begins tomorrow at Alton Community Centre

This Sunday (1st December) we have our Christmas Cracker Fair from 10am till 2pm
Free admission children’s movies, mulled wine and Christmas Cheer as well as over 45 stalls selling a wide variety of gifts, crafts and other goodies.

Come and visit Santa and the cafe will be open for some festive treats

There will also be entertainment from The YEM Theatre School, Kings Pond Shantymen and Alton Rock Choir.

Lots of Festive Family Fun coming up in December at Alton Community Centre

We will also be holding a Free Festive Film on Saturday 14th December from 3pm

Today at Alton Community Centre you can come along and enjoy The Ocean Liner Society's annual The Ship Show. You can browse and buy books, models, paintings and memorabilia.

Talks are an integral part of the day at 11.30 Captain Martin Scott will present a talk entitled ”Fire down below, the constructive total loss of MSY Wind Song in the South Pacific”

The second talk will start at 13:30 and will be given by Alan Mackenzie on “My life in Canberra; it was Fun in those days!”
He will talk about life aboard Canberra with amusing anecdotes, amazing photographs and technical insights.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you 🙏 to all our wonderful stallholders both regular, some new friends who joined us and along with everyone that came along to enjoy the last Psychic and Holistic Fair of 2024 xx. We raised over £1300 to help support the Alton Community Centre. Our next fundraising event will be the Christmas Cracker Fair on Sunday 1st December from 10am till 2.00pm

Google is coming to East Hampshire!

Friday 8 November, 10am-3pm @ Alton Community Centre

Next week, Google Digital is coming to the Alton Community Centre to run a day of training workshops for small businesses and start ups.
The event is free to attend and Digital Coaches from Google will be on hand to answer any questions related to growing your business - anything from how to get your business visible, to boosting your productivity with AI. It will be a day of workshops, peer networking sessions and 1-to-1 mentoring.
