Looking at most posts on Social Media, it would appear I’m not alone in eating and drinking myself into oblivion, so this week, I’m having a week off and putting my money towards something far more important...

Please donate anything you can afford, as even £2.00 could save a life...clapping our NHS heroes is a fantastic show of support and appreciation, but lets put OUR money where THEIR mouths are...literally. You donations will go towards providing the Personal Protective Equipment for those risking their lives on the frontline everyday, by currently working with a lack of sufficient PPE.

These guys are heroes anyway, but even more so at this time, so please, please, please help them stay safe, I appreciate its a worrying time financially for most, but ANY amount you could afford is greatly appreciated and a truly thankful gesture...

Image Chauffeurs as a business are still operating when required, but from this point forward - for the time being - we will not be posting on Social Media platforms in regards to promoting our business.

Given the Covid-19 pandemic sweeping through the Nation and the World at the present time, most Industries, including our own are experiencing unprecedented challenges and extremely uncertain times. We are certainly no different.

The concern from this point forward must be to the safety and wellbeing of all of our families, friends, clients and associates.

The Virus whist extremely unpleasant to most, is a generally a major threat to the elderly and most vulnerable in society, and the measures that the UK Government had implemented are necessary, so we can control the flow, and allow our wonderful National Health Service to care for those most in need. Please be responsible and considerate that these measures are not only to protect you, but those in which you would come into normal daily contact with.

However, more prominent than ever of late has been Mental Health, and this could well escalate due to the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on Society.

These are unchartered times for most of us, and no one will be left unaffected. There will be worry over jobs, finances, loved ones, worry over the uncertainty, and even just worry for worry’s sake. Lifestyles on lockdown, school closed, holidays missed and our normal lives on hold, but one thing is for certain, and that is that we are all fighting the same battle.

You are not alone and there is always an answer, so NEVER be to proud to admit you need help, and NEVER be afraid to ask for help, ever!

In these unprecedented times, we appreciate that life in general, and business especially, over the next few months will be extremely tough for many within the United Kingdom. One thing to remember is that up and down the Country there are very few that will be unaffected in their daily lives, but that we must stay positive as possible and carry on as much as is ONLY truly necessary.

Given the Governments latest advice, Image Chauffeurs are still on hand to assist with any essential travel or requirements, allowing you to implement the relevant social distancing and avoid contact with others. Replacing the need for use of normal public transport, you can send essential business documents, or travel in the comfort and privacy of our executive vehicles, and rest assured that your risk of exposure is kept at a very minimum.

For truly essential business travel, facilities on board allow you to utilise our vehicles as a mobile office, so that you can maintain an efficient working lifestyle whilst travelling. For other essential travel we can take the pressure off those hospital visits, collect pre-ordered groceries, bring the children back from boarding school, do the local school run or assisting in collecting loved ones returning from aboard at Airports, Ports or Railway stations Nationwide.

As those that have used Image Chauffeurs and our associates before will know, cleanliness of our vehicles has always been paramount, but is even more so at present. We ensure that are vehicles are cleaned and sanitised with the necessary cleaning products after the completion of every transfer, and hand sanitiser and cleansing wipes are available in all of our vehicles.

The vehicles we use are Executive standard Mercedes Benz or BMW with full leather interior and air conditioning, and complimentary water - upon request (so that we can maintain bottles are clean) is provided within the vehicles. All vehicles are fully insured, and local authority registered as per the regulations for executive private hire. Drivers attire is fully suited, with a shirt and tie, and again, all drivers are local authority registered and have undergone a full disclosure check, so personal safety is assured.

Please Note: As a duty of care, all drivers are monitored for signs of common cold ailments - and especially Covid-19 symptoms - and asked to be responsible with their contact with clients, therefore handshakes are not necessary. Further to this, we ask that clients treat us with the same courtesy and do not travel with us if they are showing any signs of illness what-so-ever, as the drivers do not need exposure which may prevent them from being able to commit to work or put others at risk. Please be extremely responsible and considerate with this in mind.

On days like these...

Very sad to hear of the passing of one of our most high profile past clients, American Basketball Star, Kobe Byrant.

Kobe and his security, requested our services after refusing to use the NBA’s choice of Executive Transport when the US Team came to the Arena in July 2012 and was famously pictured walking to the Arena with his Security.

RIP Kobe Bryant, 23.08.78 - 26.01.2020.
