New year… same old us! A slightly delayed New Year post after a slow start (thanks to snow and poorly babas) but we have been open and have been amazed by just how busy it has been! Thank you for shopping with little,old us, as always it is so appreciated 🤍.

Tomorrow, Monday 23rd December will be our final day of trading for 2024. If you would like flowers for delivery or collection tomorrow, then please order online, this evening or give the shop a call, in the morning. We got tonnes of potted plants, arrangements, so please come and buy them!

CHRISTMAS HOURS next week we will be open 9-4 from Tuesday 17th Dec until Monday 23rd Dec. We’ll then close for our Christmas break and reopen on January 7th. Hopefully see you in the next few days 💫

I’m sorry, we’re getting our 🦆 in a row ahead of you know what. Amazing florists are very hard to come by, so I’m starting the search early!

We are on the hunt for someone to join the team from the end of December and work with us up until our final day on the 23rd December. Every year, we somehow manage to find some absolute angel to help us through this wonderful, hectic period. So if you’re a florist, in Manchester, looking for guaranteed work from November to December, we would love to hear from you ❤️

Ooo we’re so looking forward to this week! We’ve got; twisted hazel twigs and large blossom branches for you, bulbs a’plenty, spring wreaths, chocolate…

Good Friday will be business as usual and Saturday we will be closing slightly early at 2pm, so the team can go and celebrate Easter with their families. Hope to see you in the shop soon!

This gorgeous note from Jenna’s little girl, Arabella (aged 7!!) summed up how I feel about our team of Mum’s, who keep our little flower shop going. You’re right Arabella, they are all diamonds 💎 😂.

Mother’s Day is lovely day for some and a very difficult day for others;

💎 Jenna, Kate, Fi and Julie you are amazing Mum’s and incredibly hard working members of the team, thank you - “you are a diamond”.
💎 My mum, Lesley, thank you for ALL of the help and childcare, she’s spent the morning with my boys and cooking her own Mother’s Day roast (yes I’m a terrible daughter) “you are a diamond”.

Is it the busiest weekend of the year… yes, yes it is 🙈🙃.

Flowers for both collection and delivery on Saturday are sold out. We still have limited spaces for Sunday for both delivery and collection, however we are expecting these to sell out fast too - so, be quick! We also have tonnes of gorgeous planted bulbs, rose plants, hydrangeas, chocs, candles and more so pop on down!

This is your Mother’s Day reminder - it is NEXT SUNDAY! Yes, it is extremely early this year and we wouldn’t want you to get caught out! As always, we advise pre-ordering for Saturday (9-4pm) and Sunday (9-12pm) for delivery and collections.
