So yesterday I took a break from flowery activity and hiked Slieve donnard . Not gonna lie, it was hard, doubted myself several times throughout it, wanted to cry at least once and certainly wasn't the fastest. But I made it. Massive thanks to the coaches and teammates, without whom I would have never dared attempt it. Here's to the next one!! Back to flowery business as usual from 9am tomorrow. xx

So for our bank holiday weekend we decided to team up with friends and other local businesses to complete a 10k mud run at the . Not gonna lie, it was one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I've ever done and there were a few moments of sheer terror.. i am battered, bruised and ,feel like I've been hit by a train today, but had the best laughs with the best wee group of people and feeling a real sense of achievement. Thank you to my fabulous teammates Karen, nick , Lloyd, , piercing, wee Erin and our very own Jenny. Also a wee shout out to the boys from for getting me to a level of strength and fitness that I was able to do this as 4 months ago I wouldn't have stood a chance!!! Hope everyone has a great Bank Holiday and il be back to flowery business again tomorrow at 9am xx

And so the valentines madness commences 🥰. We are aware that roses and flowers in general have gone up in price, especially this week. This hike comes from the growers (to cover all their extra overheads with the vast amount of extra work for them). This is passed on to the wholesalers, who passes it on to us. We have no option but to then in turn pass it on to our customers otherwise we would be out of business quicker than a page 3 girls diddies. This is beyond our control, so please be mindful of that as we have a zero tolerance policy on being abused. We much prefer your craic instead!!
