🇬🇧 🚜 BACK BRITISH FARMING 🚜🇬🇧

Some may not understand what the big issue is with the changes to IHT and the damaging effects it will have on family farms.

These changes will increase stress & financial pressures on an industry that is already struggling and where mental health is already a big issue!

It’s not just the lives of farming families that will be affected by this, we will see even more family farms having to sell up and stop farming, this will mean less food being produced in the UK, more land being purchased by developers and the cost of living will increase for everyone.

Tuesday 19th November thousands of farmers will be gathering at Westminster to lobby MP’s. Many people who want to show their support but are unable to attend will be gathering in other areas around the country & wearing wellies to school, work & public places.

British farmers need us more than ever.

How can you support our farmers?

- Buy local, head to your nearest farm shop or farm gate if you can
- When in supermarkets check the labels - see where your items are coming from. Packaging can be deceptive!
- Buy in season - produce that is not in season tends to come from abroad. This not only helps our farmers but also the planet!
- Spread the word as much as you can.

Farmers are a key part to not only our daily meals but the way in which we enjoy the British countryside. Without them our landscape would look very different.

The perfect chance for married couples to pass on their wedding decor and unwanted wedding items to those getting married.

Cost of a table is £15 and includes a 6ft table and the space around you to fill with your wedding goods.

Entrance fee for all buyers is £2 per person on the door.

Refreshments will be available 🩷

🤍No sale of unused alcohol is allowed, due to licensing.
🤍Couples are welcome from any venue and do not have to be getting married at Milton End.
