*Just a little update from HOH*

For those that don’t know me, for the last year we’ve been fighting to get an EHCP for my disabled son. Those that have been through the process or known those that have will know that it is an absolutely traumatic experience. Fighting for what’s right for your child, and what they’re entitled to.

It gets to the point where you’re fighting so hard for your children’s rights that you actually can’t focus or concentrate on anything else. You loose touch with friend’s & family and your mental health is left in shatters.

I’m sharing this because I am now at that point. I can’t run House Of Harman whilst this is going on and for the sake of my mental health I’ve had to close just to try and regain some of myself that I’ve lost whilst fighting.

If you’re in the same process - I see you - keep going but take the time to look after yourself.

I really hope that Nottinghamshire county council are ashamed of the way they’re treating families and the way the entire process is just ruining people.

I hope you’ll all stay around - and I’ll see you all soon ❤️
