We did draw the Halloween raffle on the day, it took us a while to hand out the prizes. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🍂🍂 Here is our lovely customer Carol who won first prize. Thank you to everyone who entered the raffle and who added funds to the charity collection we managed to send £178 to inshore rescue. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥳🥳🐾🐾

Although in practise I utilise both modalities where they are each necessary for the clients specific needs, it is worth distinguishing the difference.

Some of you may not know that I am trained in Holistic Massage, a softer technique which is great for overall relaxation.

Deep tissue will often employ firmer pressure and occasionally more intense massage for working on more persistent MSK issues.
