Too busy to get to a first aid course, to learn CPR and how to use a defibrillator.

Well, the British heart foundation have devised an amazing online course.

15 minutes, at home is all it takes. I would still recommend going on a course when you get time but this is better than not doing anything.

Please help share this, the more people that do it, the better ❤️x

Good morning you, lovely lot.
Well, yesterday caught a few people out, we looked at the sky and thought ... ooooo, it's going to be a beautiful day, so we left a few layers of clothes off. Because we all thought it was going to be warmer, than it actually was! Oh my goodness, brass monkeys 🐒

HOWEVER!!!! Our groups, couples, mums and sons, all had an amazing time, obviously 😬 Thank you to our instructors, as usual your superstars, reviews are already coming in from your customers.

With some amazing scores too..... an 18 second on our speed rifle range, when it's cold, is bloody awesome 👌 👏

I'm trying to create an avatar for Clive to be used for marketing and i think I'm failing miserably lol 😆

Honestly, I have tried to manually do one and I've tried AI generated ones and I don't look at any of them and think..... oooo yeah, that's Clive. One actually looks like mel Gibson. Although, we have had a bloody laugh in the office at creating these.

We (Clive and Kelly) are celebrating our 21 years Wedding Anniversary. Unbelievable how time flies, however we truly are lucky, we have been on amazing journey together.

We have 2 amazing kids, 1 beautiful grandchild, we have visited lots of amazing places around the world and we have started some amazing businesses together which have lead us to meeting some awesome people.

Our next mission will be to write a book of some of the things we have done, experienced and overcome. I'm sure Ian Griffiths and possibly Richard Felix could help write a chapter or 2.

It's hard to even think that this Anniversary nearly didn't happen. So remember everyone!!! Make some new years resolutions like....
1. I will learn CPR
2. I am buying a defibrillator for my workplace or home
3. I will keep an eye on my lifestyle and diet
(Just to hammer in, how important these 3 things are please see the last pictures on this post, however they are distressing)

Yes it was cold yesterday, but be greatful you are still here to feel that cold.
Life is precious and short! Put a coat on, wear thermals, get out and breath in the fresh air, enjoy the day with family and friends. Just like our groups did yesterday. The cold didn't stop them having an amazing time.
