In 2019, they welcomed Rocco, facing challenges during his birth and lockdown. Despite hurdles, their love and perseverance shine as they celebrate their son’s vibrant presence. An elegant sweetheart table awaits the couple’s return from their private photoshoot, adorned with posy vases, a vegan wedding cake, and a beautifully arranged vegan afternoon tea, all ready to create the perfect moment.

Karen and Joe met 36 years ago when Karen booked Joe’s holiday for him and all his friends. He didn’t go with them in the end, as the couple went on holiday together instead!

Our fabulous couple have been together ever since and are moving to Spain where they have just bought a house. The day after eloping, they flew out to Spain for their honeymoon.

Karen said “We set Sam a tough challenge as a not particularly romantic couple who wanted a fuss free wedding and somehow she managed to make it a wonderful experience from start to finish which was a
truly perfect day!

Sofja & Mouhcine shared their first dance the moment after they said ‘I do’ and then carried on throughout their elopement! 💍✨ Their love story began with a beautiful, spontaneous moment in the Minstrels Gallery, reminding us that every second counts when you’re with the one you love.

Sofja & Mouhcine met in Las Vegas for the first time during a work event!

Sofja is originally from Estonia, born and raised in a Russian family, while Mouhcine is from Italy, born and raised in a Moroccan family, and are now united at The Castle Westenhanger in the UK. They have lived in Gibraltar and Spain, so friends and family watched from around the globe while they tied the knot in the Dovecote.

Welcome to Anna & Matthews’s intimate wedding. You couldn’t hope to find a cuter couple, a joy to spend the day with.

They met in Canterbury, where they were both studying for a master’s in Computer Animation. After studying, they couldn’t bear to be apart. They both love games, film, animation and being lovers of Lord of the rings, and, as a consequence, they were thrilled to be given a sword to cut the cake!

They both love castles and got engaged in Castle grounds at Colchester, so it’s no surprise they would find us

They met over a decade ago in the gym - Colin’s persistence finally won Tracey over, and now they are, stronger together. 💪They’re like chalk and cheese, truly! Colin jams out to banging trance music while Tracey prefers the latest pop hits or soothing classical melodies. 🎶 Tracey is the chatterbox, and Colin is a calm listener. 🗣️🤫

Mornings? You will find Tracey bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, while Colin needs his quiet time. But when evening rolls around, it’s Tracey’s turn to wind down while Colin comes to life! 😄

And don’t get them started on trains! Colin’s all about the diesel engines, while Tracey swoons over the elegance of steam locomotives. 🚂❤️

Romance on a cake stand!

Shona and Will met online in 2019 after challenging breakups. Neither of them were looking for marriage or children. Shortly after, Covid-19 separated us, but we stayed connected, sometimes talking until 4am! 

Post-lockdown, their relationship grew naturally. By early 2022, they found out they were expecting a baby, and Will proposed! Now in 2024, they’ve settled into their dream home with their beautiful children and are excitedly said “I do” with team E-lope❤️

Shona and Will’s T-ablescape combined red, blue and metallics to create a romantic but modern tablesetting. Ruth of tablescapebyhouseofmimifleur said “Creating an exquisite tablescape for a wedding is an art form that shapes the event’s atmosphere and leaves a memorable impact on guests”.

Our couple connected online in 2019. Both had come out of challenging long-term relationships and were cautiously reentering the dating scene, agreeing not to rush into marriage or starting a family. However, shortly after they began dating, they had to separate due to Covid-19, finding the distance more challenging than expected. They stayed connected over the phone, often talking until 4am.

Once restrictions lifted, their relationship grew stronger and more serious. By early 2022, they discovered they were expecting a baby, and Will proposed that same month. Now in 2024, they’ve settled into their dream family home and recently said “I do” with team e-lope, marking a new and exciting chapter in their journey together.

Bethany and Armant have been together for seven years and met whilst working together at a restaurant! Armant was a chef, and Bethany was a waitress. Bethany realised he might be interested in her when her food portions were about double the size of everyone else’s, with all of the trimmings! For their first date, they went sightseeing in London and ate street food in Camden.

Armant is from Greece, so they spend their summers in Kalamata, where Armant proposed. He even did it at sunset on a beach. What a romantic! This was back in August 2020.

We can’t wait to show you more of their gorgeous elopement.

Holly & Dale matched on Tinder in 2019. They met on Saturday 22nd June. While finalising details, they joked that they would be out ‘til 4 a.m. partying (but neither of them are party animals!), but lo and behold, they had such a fantastic date that neither wanted to go home. So they ended up until 4 am chatting and laughing in a bar’s beer garden! During the evening, Dale texted his best friend to say he thought he’d just met ‘the one’, and Holly told her rugby team the following day that she’d met the man she would marry (lucky for team E-Lope)!

When the pandemic hit and the lockdown happened, Dale moved into Holly’s parent’s house, and then they moved into their flat in 2020.

In 2022, on their anniversary, Dale proposed on Sandbanks Beach with the crescent moon ring Holly had designed, which her friend had made for her.

They celebrated their fourth anniversary by getting married with us on 22nd June 23, and yes, it’s a moon and stars-inspired wedding.

Since then, they have gained a tortoise and a dog and a new puppy. They love to explore new places with the dog, so they fell in love with Chapel House Estate.
